Rosebud Sioux woman charged in connection to murder case

A woman from the Rosebud Sioux Reservation in South Dakota has been charged in connection with a murder case.

Allisa Kendra Hawkman, 21, is charged with misprision of a felony. Federal prosecutors say she concealed information about the assault and murder of a man on the reservation.

Taylor White Buffalo, 19, has been charged for the assault and murder of Ernest White Buffalo Chief. The incident occurred in April.
