Witness list for SCIA hearing on three federal recognition bills





The Senate Indian Affairs Committee holds a hearing tomorrow on three federal recognition bills.

The bills are: S.1074, a bill to recognize six tribes in Virginia; S.1132, a bill to recognize the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina; and S.161, a bill to recognize the Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians in Montana.

The hearing takes place at 2:30pm in Room 628 of the Senate Dirksen Office Building. The witness list follows:
