Tribe in Brazil occupies office in protest of major dam project

About 140 members of the Munduruku Tribe occupied the office of the Brazilian government's Indian affairs agency in protest of a major dam project.

The protest started on Monday. Tribal members oppose the $10.6 billion Belo Monte Dam out of fear it will destroy their territory.

The FUNAI, the National Indian Foundation said the protesters are leaving the office today.
