Crow Creek Sioux Tribe to share sex offender records with state

The Crow Creek Sioux Tribe reached an agreement to share sex offender data with the state of South Dakota.

The tribe maintains its own sex offender registry. The agreement will include the tribe's data in the state's system.

"It's what you do today that will make a difference tomorrow," Chairman Brandon Sazue said in a press release.

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley has reached similar agreements with the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe.
