Haskell University nearly finished with $4M in campus upgrades

Students and faculty are returning to $4 million in improvements at Haskell Indian Nations University in Kansas.

More than $800,000 was spent on new furniture and flooring at Haskell's residence halls and dining hall, The Lawrence Journal-World reported. Another $921,000 went to a new lecture hall.

Finally, $2.9 million went to technology upgrades across campus. For the first time, students can get Internet access in their dorm rooms.

Haskell recently secured another decade of accreditation.
