The Stl’atl’imx Tribal Police in British Columbia will be the focus of a new television series.

"Tribal Police Files" is due to air on APTN. The Lillooet News reported. Filming starts in December for the first episodes of the series.

"We want to show the things they do that make them unique," producer Steve Sxwithul’txw, who used to be on the police force, told the paper.

Sxwithul’txw hopes the show will begin airing in the fall of 2016.
