  • S.3126, the Native Behavioral Health Access Improvement Act. The bill amends the Public Health Service Act to authorize a special behavioral health program for Indians.
  • S.3264, the Bridging the Tribal Digital Divide Act. The bill expedites and streamlines the deployment of affordable broadband service on tribal lands.
  • S.3937, the Special Diabetes Program for Indians Reauthorization Act. The bill amends section 330C of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize special programs for Indians for providing services for the prevention and treatment of diabetes. It would provide $250 million a year in grants through 2025. The current authorization for the program expired on May 22, 2020, according to the IHS.
  • S.4079. The bill authorizes the Seminole Tribe to lease or transfer certain non-trust lands in Florida.
  • S.4556. The bill authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Indian Health Service, to acquire private land to facilitate access to the Desert Sage Youth Wellness Center in Hemet, California.
