President Joe Biden and his administration host the first day of the White House Tribal Nations on November 30, 2022.

Biden is expected to deliver remarks around 11:30am Eastern. Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to speak at 3pm.

The summit is taking place in person for the first time of the Biden administration. Last year’s event was held virtually due to COVID-19.

The Department of the Interior is hosting the event. Secretary Deb Haaland, who is the first Native person to serve in a presidential cabinet, will deliver opening and closing remarks.

The livestream for Wednesday starts at 8:30am Eastern. The summit concludes on Thursday.
