Nightline to focus on Apache fire

The ABC News program Nightline will present a report tonight on the Apache fire crews fighting the Rodeo-Chedeski Fire.

The broadcast was planned before yesterday's announcement that a Bureau of Indian Affairs contract firefighter was charged with "willfully" igniting the Rodeo portion of the blaze.

According to an e-mail the Nightline producers sent to the show's email list, an Apache hot shot crew was given a camera. The email promises a "close-up look at the Apache team in action, as they filmed it themselves."
