Wash. man sentenced for sexual assault

FRIDAY, JULY 26, 2002

A member of the Confederated Colville Tribes of Washington was sentenced to 6 and one-half months for the rapes of two young griles on the reservation.

Joseph I. Frank will also undergo sex offender treatment and substance abuse counseling. He will pay a $6,000 fine and complete five years of supervised released during which he cannot have any contact with children.
