Bones found at Calif. work site
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2002 Workers at a construction site in northern California uncovered what were said to be the remains of Ohlone ancestor. The discovery won't delay a $65 million theater because the bones were located away from the development. The Native American Heritage Commission has been charged with finding a descendant to decide what to do with the remains. Get the Story:
