Cleveland Indians claim logo trademarked

The Cleveland Indians baseball team, home of Chief Wahoo, wants Indian Motorcycle to stop using the word "Indians."

The team says the script logo of "Indians" is trademarked. A federal lawsuit in California seeks to determine the use of the logo.
