First Nation sues over fish farm
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2002 The Heiltsuk First Nation of British Columbia is suing the provincial government over two fish farms located on traditional tribal land. The band says it should have been consulted. It opposes the farms for environmental reasons. Get the Story:
