Delaware Tribe elects new chief
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2002 Larry Brooks is the new chief of the Delaware Tribe of Oklahoma. Brooks won 56 percent of the vote in an election held Saturday, the Associated Press reported. He defeated incumbent Dee Ketchum. Get the Story:
