Input allowed into forest management

TUESDAY, JULY 30, 2002

Three First Nations in the Yukon Territory on Monday signed a forest management agreement with the Canadian government.

The agreement creates a stewardship council. The board will allow the Kaska, Ross River and Kaska Dena bands input into forest decisions.
