Mex. court overturns conviction of Indian men

A Mexican court has overturned the convictions of two Huichol Indian men accused of killing an American journalist.

Juan Chivarra de la Cruz and Miguel Hernandez de la Cruz made a confession in the case but retracted, citing torture by soldiers. They allegedly killed Philip True, a reporter for the San Antonio Express-News.
