Veterans health care unit in S.D. hosts pow-wow

The Department of Veterans Affairs Black Hills Health Care System holds its 9th annual pow-wow in Hot Springs, South Dakota, this Friday.

The host drum is Oyate Teca from the Pine Ridge Reservation. Local dance groups will perform.
