N.B. First Nations won't participate in boycott

THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2003

First Nations fishermen in New Brunswick, Canada, won't continue to boycott the crab fishery.

Non-Native fishermen are boycotting the season but the chief of the Big Cove First Nation says Aboriginal fishermen need to participate. The snow crab fishery is worth $4 million a year to the band.
