N.D. man sentenced to 40 years in abuse case

WEDNESDAY, MAY 28, 2003

A federal judge sentenced Gary Lee Wipf, 34, to 40 years in prison and five years supervised release for abusing a minor on the Red Lake Reservation in Minnesota.

Wipf was also ordered to pay restitution to the victims, to register as a sex offender and to provide samples for the DNA registry.
