Wife charged with murder of ex-BIA judge

THURSDAY, JUNE 19, 2003

The wife of a former Bureau of Indian Affairs judge and employee of the Eastern Cherokee Tribe of North Carolina has been charged with murdering her deceased husband.

Ronnie Ray Hornbuckle Jr., 32, was shot in the family home. Stephanie Lynn Hornbuckle, 30, is accused of second-degree murder.
