N.M. tribe's first pow-wow considered a success

WEDNESDAY, JULY 2, 2003

Tesuque Pueblo in New Mexico held its first pow-wow this past weekend.

The event, held at the tribe's casino, drew an estimated 1,000 people over two days. The tribe offered $35,000 in prize money.
