Tribal colleges succeed despite limitations
MONDAY, JANUARY 13, 2003 The nation's 31 tribal colleges are educating more than 30,000 students every year, more than double the enrollment a decade ago, The Chicago Tribune reports. The colleges rely on the federal government for funding.
