Indian boarding school in Okla. gets funds
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2003 The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma is using $4 million in casino profits to build a new gym for the Sequoyah High School. The K-12 boarding school educates more 350 Indian students from more than 40 tribes. It is funded through the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Get the Story:
