Man asks Supreme Court to clear Pequot suit

A Connecticut man is asking the Supreme Court to reinstate his lawsuit against the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation.

Joseph Chayoon says he was wrongfully fired from his job at the tribe's casino. He claims $14 million on damages.

The federal courts have dismissed Chayoon's suit, citing the tribe's sovereign immunity.
