Group seeks to increase Navajo representation
WEDNESDAY, JULY 2, 2003 A Navajo political action group is trying to increase Navajo representation on a county board in Arizona. Currently, the Apache County board has three members. The "3-to-5 Committee" wants to force a November election that would create five seats, a move that would double the number of Navajos on the board.
