Why did Howard Bad Hand write his first book? Because someone asked him to.

"Native American Healing" features songs, featured on a companion CD, and philosophies from Bad Hand, who is Sicangu Lakota Sioux from North Dakota. Bad Hand is quick to point out, though, that his book is not a manual to learning a sacred ceremony.
