The new home of the Institute of the American Indian Arts is 90 percent complete. The Institute held a dedication ceremony featuring the Taos Pueblo Singers on Friday to commemorate the first real home of the educational facility that has played host to most of today's top Indian artists.

The school's contemporary, non-Native look is intentional. The grand opening is scheduled for August 26.
