Abuses alleged at tribal agency
TUESDAY, JULY 17, 2001 Members of the Omaha Nation of Nebraska held a rally on Monday to protest what they call abuses as the tribe's child protective services agency. Bolstering their claims was a former official with the agency and a former tribal prosecutor who questioned record keeping policies and qualifications of workers.
