Native expert testifies in abuse case
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2002 A clinical psychologist who works on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming testified in a sexual abuse trial of a Montana man. Nathaniel Bar-Jonah is accused of abusing three boys, at least one of whom appears to be Native. Witnesses for the state made references to Native families and Bar-Jonah's attorney suggested white police officers intimidated the boys into making false statements about his client. Get the Story:
