Native woman sent to hospital after brawl

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2001

A 21-year-old woman was sent and treated for minor injuries at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage after being hit by a car early Thursday morning.

Jessica Belk say police, was one of four involved in a late-night brawl. They women reportedly starting hitting a man and his car after he refused to give them a ride home.

Belk's companions have been charged with fourth-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief. Belk may also face charges.
