Teen killed by BIA officer

A Bureau of Indian Affairs officers shot and killed a teenager on the Duck Valley Reservation in Nevada and Idaho, officials said on Monday.

Jake Thomas, 19, a member of the Shoshone-Paiute Tribe, was shot when an officer responded to a call around 4 a.m. on Sunday, police said.
