Gaming negotiations continue on appeal
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2002 Negotiations on a gaming compact between the state of Wyoming and the Northern Arapaho Tribe are continuing even though the state is challenging the talks. A federal judge earlier this month ordered the state to negotiate within 60 days a compact on calcuttas and pari-mutuel gambling, which are types of Class III gaming.
