Flathead Nation buys building

MONDAY, APRIL 1, 2002

The Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes of Montana have bought an old bank in Polson.

The tribes plan to put their Natural Resources Department there after some remodeling. The facility might be used for a bank, an idea chairman Fred Matt says has been in the works.
