Navajo potatoes used by Frito Lay

Next time you eat some potato chips, you just might be eating Navajo potatoes.

Navajo Agricultural Products Industry, a business enterprise of the Navajo Nation, sends most of its potato crop to Frito Lay. Other companies also receive the tribe's potatoes.
