Bush's Energy pick draws blanks

The nomination of Spencer Abraham to head the Department of Energy has officials at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Washington and nuclear watchdog groups scratching their heads.

Abraham's only main involvement in energy and nuclear affairs appears to be his repeated attempts to dismantle the department. The Department recently signed a revised tribal consultation order under outgoing Secretary Bill Richardson.
