South Dakota's 'squaw' names targeted

A bil introduced at the request of South Dakota Governor Bill Janklow that would rename all "squaw" place names in the state was discussed on Monday.

The bill includes a county-by-county list of all names that would change. The House State Affairs Committee delayed a vote on it until Wednesday.
