Inmates work with wild horses
NOVEMBER 27, 2000 Minimum security inmates at the Four Mile Correctional Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, are learning horse management skills in a partnership with the Bureau of Land Management. Since 1986, more than 2,000 wild horses have been brought from federal lands in Nevada, Wyoming and Colorado to the state prison.
