The town of Bernalillo has been named as the potential home of the Museum of Southwest Native American Jewelry.

The museum's board chose the town because of its close proximity to several New Mexico's Pueblos and for its own cultural history. The 50,000-square-foot museum would house contemporary and historic jewelry.
