The Eastern Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut laid to rest Arthur W. Sebastian Jr., the tribe's eldest member.

Sebastian died August 6 at age 93. Although he lived out of state for most of his life, he is credited with helping solve water issues on the tribe's reservation.
