Nevada State Musuem hosting tribal exhibit
Wednesday, July 23, 2003

The Nevada State Museum is running an exhibit showcasing the history of the Paiute, Shoshone and Washoe tribes.

Called "Under One Sky," the exhibit was developed in conjunction with tribes and tribal members. Wesley Dick, a member of the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Tribe, donated a buckskin dress his 4-year-old daughter outgrew to highlight a tradition he says few people do these days.

The exhibit runs through December 2004.
