An Indian Health Service ambulance struck and killed a Tuba City woman in what is being reported as an alcohol-related accident.

Tsinnie Ladell was apparently walking at an intersection when hit by the ambulance late Friday. She died the next morning after suffering massive head and body impact injuries.
