Indian child welfare conference underway in Mont.

The 14th annual Indian Child and Family Conference is being held in Billings, Montana, this week.

A reported 150 social workers, state and tribal officials and foster parents are attending the conference. A particular focus is placing Indian foster children with Indian families. In-Care Network, a nonprofit group, says there aren't enough Indian families participating.
