Ore. governor helps tribe launch development

The Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe is undertaking a $25 million development project in Oregon.

The Creekside Development Project will include a lagoon, two dams, a water treatment facility, an RV park, hotel rooms and a rest stop. It is located across the tribe's casino.

Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski helped the tribe break ground for the project.
