St. Croix Tribe dedicates new health clinic

The St. Croix Ojibwe Tribe of Wisconsin dedicated a new health clinic on Monday.

The 2,200-square-foot is named in honor of of Chief "Ba gwa ji ni ni" Ben Skinaway Sr., a spiritual leader and council member who died in 1996. Skinaway was instrumental in bringing health programs, housing and gaming to the tribe. He died of diabetes.
