An exhibit at the University of Delaware shows how Inuit artists are interpreting their age-old traditions through a new medium.

"Land of Ice, Hearts of Fire" features drawings by Inuits in Canada. The artists depict events, animals and activities reflective of Inuit life and culture. Drawing was introduced to Inuits about 50 years ago.

The exhibit also contains baskets, dolls and other modern artifacts from Yup'ik Eskimos in Alaska.
