South Korean Military bases are commemorating Native American Heritage Month through a series of events at various military bases.

Speakers, dancers and and a fitness competition will be held. The programs are meant to highlight Native Americans who have served in the military. American Indians and Alaska Natives have enlisted at higher per-capita rates than any other racial or ethnic group in the country.
