The Gila River Tribe of Arizona has teamed up with a restaurant chain to offer tribal students an exercise in food management as well an opportunity to earn some cash.

The Ira H. Hayes Memorial Applied Learning Center's restaurant features food from Piccadilly Circus Pizza. Of the chain's 42 restaurants in the state, 15 are in Indian Country.

Students earn credit and cash working at the Soaring Eagle Restaurant. The eatery serves more than 150 people a day.
