Native beliefs led to harrassment

A federal appeals court on Wednesday ruled that a Missouri woman was discriminated against because she held Native American beliefs.

The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a federal judge's award of $79,200 to Cheryl Campos. Campos was subjected to harassment by her supervisor for her views, according to court documents.
