Plans for a new office complex for the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation of Connecticut have gained final approval.

A planning commission in Norwich yesterday approved final permits for the project, which includes condominiums, two hotels and the office building. The tribe will lease the site from a development corporation.

The total project cost is $19 million. A groundbreaking is set for late June.
