The Nebraska Liquor Control Commission is coming under fire for the comments a member made regarding the sale of alcohol to Native Americans.

Rhonda Flower said people should stop blaming the state for problems that lead residents of the Pine Ridge Reservation to drink in the border town of Whiteclay. Liquor is banned on the South Dakota reservation so many cross the state line to get beer.
